Role Description
The Demand Generation Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to drive growth. Key tasks include developing and managing marketing campaigns, creating content aligned with lead generation goals, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bikaner.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in marketing campaign development and execution
- Experience with content creation, lead generation strategies, and customer acquisition
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for demand generation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry or experience in agri-solutions is a plus
