Target ongoing and upcoming construction sites, identify and collect details/links of construction sites Visit residential, commercial, and institutional construction sites to understand tile requirements and project status. Create and maintain a database of construction sites, contractors, site engineers, supervisors, and decision-makers. Generate demand by indirectly pitching the Company Tiles to contractors, masons, and site personnel. Educate contractors and site teams about Company products, applications, quality, and brand advantages. Generate qualified leads from construction sites and hand them over the same to the company sales persons for closure. Invite contractors, builders, and site decision-makers to the nearest Company Tiles showroom for product viewing and selection. Coordinate with the sales team and channel partners to ensure smooth follow-up on generated leads. Track daily site visits, interactions, and lead status, and submit regular activity and MIS reports .
