Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Demand Generation/ABM (B2B) professional at Mavlers. The role involves planning and executing multi-channel B2B demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include identifying and segmenting target accounts, building account lists, aligning with sales on account plans, and developing personalized outreach and nurture programs. The Demand Generation/ABM specialist will manage campaign calendars, optimize landing pages and funnels, run A/B tests, and track performance against KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and ROI. The role also includes close collaboration with sales, marketing operations, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging, accurate tracking, and continuous improvement of ABM and demand generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing, including planning and executing multi-channel campaigns for targeted accounts.
- Strong skills in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce) for segmentation, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital acquisition channels such as paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and email marketing, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze funnel metrics, campaign performance data, and account engagement insights to inform strategy and continuous optimization.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on target account selection, account plans, and lead handoff processes to improve conversion and pipeline quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear campaign briefs, sales enablement materials, and targeted messaging for key personas.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple campaigns concurrently, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
