Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, field-oriented and operationally strong Demand Center Operator (DCO) to support Agriarjuna.ai’s village-level operations across the Samastipur–Pusa cluster.
The DCO will play a critical role in:
farmer onboarding,
acreage tracking,
WhatsApp operations,
drone campaign coordination,
field monitoring,
and backend operational execution.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand:
farmers, field realities, agri-input ecosystems, and rural operations.
Key Responsibilities
Farmer Operations
Farmer onboarding and registration
Field visits and farmer engagement
Acreage and crop data collection
Crop-stage updates and reporting
Demand Center Operations
Daily coordination with DCPs (Demand Center Partners)
Demand Center activity monitoring
Maintaining operational discipline
Coordinating field campaigns and meetings
Drone Operations Support
Spray campaign coordination
Acreage aggregation support
Farmer scheduling and confirmations
Coordination with drone pilot partners
Spray reporting and tracking
WhatsApp & Backend Operations
Handling WhatsApp-based farmer interactions
Updating farmer activity records
Coordinating backend operational flows
Data entry and reporting
Input & Advisory Coordination
Supporting recommendation flow
Coordinating input demand updates
Supporting demo plot activities
Assisting bioinput and crop campaign execution
Preferred Candidate Profile
✅ Male Candidates Preferred
✅ B.Sc Agriculture Preferred
✅ 2–3 Years Experience in Agri Input Sales / Agri Field Operations
✅ Strong Farmer Interaction Skills
✅ Comfortable with Rural Field Operations
✅ Smartphone & WhatsApp Friendly
✅ Basic Data Handling Ability
✅ Willingness to Travel Across Villages
✅ Strong Coordination & Communication Skills
