Continuously enhance test automation strategies to increase coverage and efficiency. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation practices. Write advanced test scripts to cover complex scenarios that off-the-shelf tools may not fully support. Provide mentorship to senior engineers and teams, guiding best practices and fostering professional development.
