Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and customer-centric Expansion Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through upselling (increasing usage or product tier) and cross-selling (introducing complementary products or services) to our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer relationship management, and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities: · Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio · Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer usage patterns, pain points, and growth plans · Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs · Develop and execute tailored expansion strategies for customer segments · Proactively suggest product enhancements or additional modules to improve customer ROI and satisfaction. · Present product features and benefits clearly, focusing on ROI and customer impact · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly expansion revenue targets · Track and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) · Use data and customer feedback to drive insights and improve sales strategies
