Scrum Master

Responsibilities: Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the team and with stakeholders. Encourage and guide continuous improvement within the team, with external stakeholders, and management. Facilitate the adoption and implementation of agile best practices to deliver high-quality releases. Recommend and drive changes to improve established engineering processes. Identify, address, and remove impediments for the scrum team by proactively resolving obstacles and escalating issues when necessary. Assist with project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met. Manage and foster a collaborative and productive environment within global, multicultural, and diverse teams. Demonstrate experience in managing medium to large software development projects, including ERP systems, ensuring effective integration of agile methodologies and sound project management practices.
