About the role
In this role, you will create, manage, and iteratively improve planned multi-step digital outreaches using the Gainsight platform. You will gather requirements from the Customer Success team, create artifacts, and manage projects both independently and part of the Customer Success Operations Team. Ability to learn data structures and data sources quickly is expected.
Must have Gainsight Administrator experience. Must have digital outreach experience with more than one step in Journey Orchestrator program development.
