Product Technical Director

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our software engineering teams in delivering innovative, high-quality products, with a primary focus on our consumer-facing applications for OTT video streaming. Consumer applications are a core component within Deltatre's suite of cutting-edge solutions, designed to enable exceptional user experiences for our clients in the sports, media, and entertainment industries, with media playback via our in-house player and fan experience layer - Diva Player - at their heart. This role specifically focuses on the core frontend engineering aspects of our consumer applications, distinct from the backend layer managed by a separate Technical Director. Reporting to the VP of Product and Architecture, the Technical Director will provide technical and line management for engineering squads aligned to our consumer applications and associated media player and fan experience components, ensuring successful delivery, adherence to best practices, and alignment with business goals. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and QA.
