Job Summary

Delta Plumbing is growing—and we’re looking for a strong in-home sales professional who knows how to build trust, diagnose problems, and close high-value plumbing and sewer solutions in the home.

This is a face-to-face, in-home sales role where your income is driven by your ability to connect, educate, and close.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided leads in customers’ homes 
• Diagnose plumbing and sewer issues 
• Present clear, confident solutions (re-pipes, sewer repairs, water heaters, etc.) 
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them through major decisions 
• Close sales at company-approved pricing (no race to the bottom) 
• Create clean estimates, notes, and documentation in ServiceTitan 
• Coordinate with operations/install for smooth job handoff and execution 
• Manage project to completion
• Provide financing options to home owners.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to close in the home (home services, construction, or similar preferred) 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Ability to hold price and protect margin 
• Comfortable presenting and selling high-value solutions
• Organized and detail-oriented (clean notes, clean handoffs) 
• Self-motivated, accountable, and professional

Plumbing experience is a plus—but not required.
We will train the right person on our systems, products, and process.
What matters most is your ability to connect, educate, and close with confidence.

Candidates with backgrounds in:

• HVAC sales 
• Solar sales 
• Roofing / construction sales 
• In-home remodeling sales 

…tend to perform very well in this role.

No install required.

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure with strong earning potential
