Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK Recruitment)

Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore Role Summary Working as part of the Delta Capita Internal HR Team, you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a strong pipeline for the future. This is a fast-paced, hands on role where you will be attracting talent to DC to directly enable our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging with talent for roles across all business lines, at all levels. The Role and Responsibilities An amazing opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional who enjoys working in an exciting and dynamic environment. Act as a strong DC ambassador; driving a positive candidate experience. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including: Sourcing, Mapping, Screening, Long and shortlisting, Interview coordination; for roles in the APAC. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand current and future business needs. Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals and networking. Approach passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent for DC. Leverage on innovative and efficient sourcing methodologies (e.g., social media recruiting, Online research). Use the ATS to manage candidates and roles effectively and support data-driven decision making on resourcing. Job requirements Skills and Experience Mandatory skill sets: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with hands on exposure to work into Capital Markets/investment banking or Consulting roles for financial services (Transformation. PMO, Change management) Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activity, which includes sourcing, headhunting and candidate management. Hands on experience in search tools. Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context. Collaborative approach /Self starter. Strong communicator (Written and Verbal). It would be great if you have: Experience in hiring for Financial Services, FinTech. Exposure of using of Applicant Tracking Systems like Recruitee, Hirecraft, Taleo Etc. Global resourcing exposure.
