Analyst – Reconciliation Operations

Location: Bangalore Mode: 5 days from office (Transportation will be provided) Role Summary This position lies within Delta Capita's SRP operations team. Role and Responsibilities: Support daily operations for Reconciliation Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations Identify and resolve any discrepancies Provide periodic reporting and analytics Support month-end and quarter-end close activities Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 2-4 years of experience in Reconciliation operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with reconciliation software tools like BlackLine, etc. Experience in a shared services or operations environment is preferred Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
