Lead Data Analyst - Analytics & Reporting

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards to support the business decision-making process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, define requirements, and deliver impactful analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop complex data models and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, and other data visualization tools - Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that drive business decisions - Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data integrity and reliability - Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real-time, self-service access to critical business information - Work closely with functional teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their data analysis and visualization skills - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in the data analytics space
