MERN Stack Developer

Delphic is seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack MERN Developer with minimum 4+ years relevant experience to join our dynamic team. As a Fullstack MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality code. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write clean and maintainable code that follows industry standards and best practices. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. - Document technical specifications and system architecture. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Fullstack MERN Developer or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. - In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL. - Ability to write efficient, secure, and scalable code. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus. - Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins) is a plus.
