Job Title: Senior Delphi Developer
Location: Noida(Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time | Experience: 7+ Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Software Team Lead to guide a team of developers in designing, building, and delivering scalable software solutions. You will own the technical architecture, oversee development efforts, and collaborate closely with Business Analysts to ensure deliverables meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will balance strong coding skills with leadership responsibilities and a passion for high-quality software.
What you'll do
- Lead design and development of scalable, maintainable applications (50% hands-on coding)
- Own architectural decisions and align them with business goals
- Guide project planning, estimation, and execution
- Ensure high standards in coding, design, and documentation
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, DevOps, and Project Managers
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support team growth
Testing, Deployment and Quality
- Support UAT, automated testing, and release processes
- Work closely with DevOps for deployments and patch releases
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows
Database and System
- Design and optimize MySQL databases and queries
- Work across Linux & Windows environments
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in at least one: Delphi
- Strong understanding of system architecture & design patterns
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Hands-on with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control (Git/Perforce)
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
