Perform requirements gathering / elicitation with business & IT client stakeholders
Engage in business workshops with customers for requirements scoping & elaboration
Ability to do business process mapping and create functional specifications
Identify & define epics themes and user stories for project scoping
Elaborate user stories as part of software development projects in agile model
Create business test cases and perform functional testing in domain intensive projects
Work with customers, technical team and subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery
Support Presales team/ Consulting team in the development of PoC's
Should be able to conduct product/solution demo for external and internal stakeholders
Do market analysis and create business case for specific solutions
Contribute to innovation ideas/IP products
Create domain training content & impart domain training to technical team during project onboarding
Publish thought leadership papers
