Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Reliable attendance and dependability required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to accurately read and use a standard tape measure
- Experience in construction, fabrication, material handling, or manual labor is a plus (not required)

Summary
The Bridge Fabricator plays a key role in building high-quality steel bridge components in a shop environment. This position involves hands-on fabrication, assembly, and teamwork to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient production. Ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning a skilled trade, and being part of a team that builds something meaningful. We are currently hiring for all shifts, Day Shift: Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Night Shift: Monday-Thursday; 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM; Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday; 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
