With over 5,000 professionals, Deloitte is one of the largest professional services firms in India.We are currently seeking a Vice President – Client Account Management and Account Excellence to join our Deloitte US India Offices (Hyderabad). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening the relationships with one or more of Deloitte's key clients, as well as developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the client's leadership team to understand their business needs and requirements, and develop strategies to enhance the value that Deloitte provides to the client. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving account excellence initiatives within the organization, with a focus on improving client satisfaction, service delivery, and team performance.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and strengthen relationships with one or more of Deloitte's key clients- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and strategic priorities- Collaborate with Deloitte's service line leaders to develop tailored solutions and offerings to address the client's needs- Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of those opportunities- Drive account excellence initiatives, including improving client satisfaction, service delivery, and team performance- Mentor and develop a team of client account managers and business development professionals- Contribute to the overall growth and success of Deloitte's client account management practiceRequirements:- Minimum 12 years of experience in client account management, business development, or a related field- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in using data and analytics to drive business decisions- Experience in the professional services industry is preferred- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
