PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the execution of complex, data-driven analytics and artificial intelligence projects, including both strategic and technical activities - Develop AI/ML solutions and cloud-based data platforms to support public sector clients - Apply leading-edge AI, ML, and data science techniques to solve complex client problems - Collaborate with a diverse team of data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions - Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies - Contribute to the overall growth and development of the GPS practice QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of experience in a data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence role - Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning, with hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions - Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages - Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience in the public sector or government domain is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
