Senior Consultant | GEN AI | Bengaluru | SAP

Deloitte is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with 6–9 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of machine learning, NLP, and emerging GenAI tools to design and deploy intelligent enterprise solutions using foundation models and LLMs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement GenAI-powered applications using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Build and optimize prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and embedding-based search solutions. Lead projects involving GenAI use cases such as summarization, content generation, chatbots, copilots, document understanding, and personalization. Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Use tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and GenAI architectures. Apply responsible AI practices including governance, bias mitigation, explainability, and model traceability. Guide junior team members and lead technical discussions with clients. Contribute to GenAI accelerators, assets, and IP within Deloitte's AI practice. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for GenAI opportunities.
