We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain DAX queries and measures. Integrate Power BI with other data sources using SQL and other relevant technologies. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power View. Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures. Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Experience with data modeling and database design. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView). Knowledge of Azure Data Services. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
