Technology and Transformation - EAD-AI/ML-Generative AI/ Data Science- Associate Director

Lead and manage team(s) of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and delivering projects across ML / NLP / Gen-AI. Drive strategic initiatives and innovation in AI across these focused industries: BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, etc. Collaborate with senior leadership and drive client engagements to align with business goals and objectives. Design and review solutions on (not limited to) time series forecasting, regression/classification modeling, clustering techniques, Gen AI, etc. Manage and optimize cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) for AI and Gen AI related projects. Maintain a strong understanding of end to end project lifecycle. Present findings and insights to stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication skills. Contribute to RFPs, Assets, other internal/external initiatives.
