Technology and Transformation - EAD-AI/ML- MLOps - Senior Consultant

Job Description: To develop and implement Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) solutions to enable the operationalization of AI/ML models built by Data Science teams. The key responsibilities include: - Design and develop MLOps solutions and pipelines to facilitate the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production environments - Analyze business requirements, define MLOps strategy, and design the overall architecture - Implement MLOps solutions using tools and frameworks like Kubeflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), Azure ML, AWS SageMaker etc. - Automate the ML model lifecycle including training, testing, deployment and monitoring - Collaborate with Data Science and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of MLOps solutions - Develop supporting infrastructure and tooling to enable model re-training, A/B testing, and performance monitoring - Share best practices, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in developing cloud-based data and AI/ML platforms - Experience in designing and implementing MLOps solutions using tools and frameworks like Kubeflow, TensorFlow Extended, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, etc. - Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, and experience with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with machine learning model lifecycle management, model versioning, model deployment, and monitoring - Hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based solutions - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
