Tech Lead and Program Manager, Senior ConsultantAs a Tech Lead and Program Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of web applications using Angular and .NET Core, as well as spearhead the modernization of scheduler jobs into an event-based real-time architecture. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the project to success. You will establish and enforce best practices, lead the delivery of scalable and secure solutions, and ensure that the execution aligns with critical project/business objectives. You will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of technical and engineering proficiency, mentoring a team of software developers and data engineers. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and global leadership, you will ensure that the team's efforts enhance business capabilities and drive forward the strategic goals of the business. Your leadership will be key in advancing the technology landscape to support the evolving needs of the global marketplace. Work you'll do Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a positive team culture and owning end-to-end delivery. Drive innovative thinking, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement new methodologies. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Oversee the development and enhancement of web applications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures for web applications and event-based jobs and task scheduler. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals. Deliver robust solutions by following the product development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployments and hypercare. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, including architecture discussions, design, and code reviews. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across different systems. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in technologies, recommending new tools and techniques to enhance capabilities. Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders from different product teams. Oversee projects from conception to deployment, managing timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
