What you'll do: Assistant Manager – Business Recruiting Coordination, will ensure seamless overall delivery of coordination services, based on established strategies, processes, and policies. You will provide a Base level of leadership to all coordination professionals, hiring managers and business stakeholders. General responsibilities related to those serving in this role includes, but are not limited to the following: Job Responsibilities: · The objective of this role, is to make a universal impact by ensuring a distinctive candidate experience by the firm and understanding defined market attributes, to be able to assist in developing superior recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth · Develop and implement Operational Excellence strategies, to attract and retain skilled and diverse talent · Manage daily deliverables of the team seamlessly, with a clear focus on superior candidate and hiring experience · Design balanced goals for the team with financial, customer and people focus, as their primary vision · Help design the best hiring techniques, in collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters, by ensuring minimal hiring time and optimum quality of hire, across all sources of candidates and for all levels of hiring · Monitor and review financial KPI's with respect to hiring conversions, interview ageing, offer ageing, reporting and innovation · Ensure the coordination team is professional, business focused, possesses a can-do attitude, a will to win, and demonstrates strong engagement and commitment · Ensure the hiring process is compliant and regular refreshers / trainings are conducted for the team, to prevent any gaps in the process · Provide ongoing communication to talent leadership, regarding the hiring status, basis relevant data and metrics, in order to take key decisions w.r.t strategy and continuous improvement · Collaborate with leadership and develop a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance Deloitte branding and attract top talent by keeping them engaged and informed, all through the hiring process · Leverage data analytics to recommend and develop, appropriate and relevant interventions to hire, retain, and develop talent. Conduct timely audit of data to ensure compliance. · Improve recruitment efficiency and efficacy, using new technologies like digital, bots and AI · Review relevant metrics and analytics, to provide recommendations on improving and streamlining our hiring processes · Relationship management and regular reviews with stakeholders which includes but not limited to, Business Recruiters, Sourcing leads, Recruitment Brand & Marketing, Finance etc. · Maintain a transparent framework for evaluating and rewarding performance, against individual, team, and organizational objectives · Manage and mentor the team (e.g., provide one-on-one coaching and counseling and identify career / professional development opportunities for team members) and provide data reports to talent leadership, in order to achieve business objectives and maintain high-quality delivery and team performance at all times
