Within Global Consulting Services, the Delivery pillar leads and empowers Member Firms and other Global areas to drive service delivery transformation and improve client delivery quality and efficiency. The Global Delivery Transformation (DT) team sits within the Delivery pillar and aims to standardize, modernize, and optimize delivery across member firms, leading to greater efficiency, stronger margins, and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market. The team focuses on evolving delivery methods to address inconsistencies, declining margins, and disparate delivery approaches.
Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working collaboratively in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with professional experience in either consulting or market insights and strategy development space with strong analytical and communication skills.
The professional will support the Global Delivery Transformation team activities as they go about driving Delivery Transformation priorities. They will help in enabling global leaders to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will support the Delivery Transformation program governance, communications and transformation initiatives with Global and Member Firm Delivery Transformation Leaders.
Key responsibilities
The role will require involvement in strategic initiatives including (but not limited to) the below:
Facilitate meeting planning and execution, including preparing agendas, organizing virtual and in-person meetings, and documenting minutes of meetings (MoM) for accountability and follow-up actions.
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for strategic projects.
Assist and support Global Delivery Transformation Leader in preparing executive-level materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, using storyboarding techniques to convey key messages.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to fulfill requirements and support in proposing enhancements or automations to improve deliverables.
Work with multiple teams to manage the standardized reporting processes and address current and future reporting needs.
Collaborate with Global Delivery and Member Firm Delivery Transformation teams to support the implementation of Delivery Transformation initiatives, such as enabling Delivery Transformation reporting.

Experience in creating documents (decks, reports, dashboards etc.) for senior leadership
Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities
Added advantage: Write and edit Macros in Excel, create dashboards on Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint knowledge and familiarity with online meeting platforms like MS Teams and Zoom.
