We're looking for bright minds and personalities to join our digital studios across India. The work you will do? As a design consultant you will be working very closely with the cross functional team to come up with design solutions for the problem at hand. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: · Conduct discovery workshops and brainstorming sessions with client and other stakeholders to uncover insights and actionable design execution plan using design thinking & innovation techniques. · Identify and frame problems effectively from high level business requirements, translate users pain points and research findings into impactful design solutions. Lead key modules on client engagements and bring forth user centred design advocacy while explaining your concepts to all stakeholders. Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers in by drafting and brainstorming initial concepts. · Possess an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of visual design and apply frameworks like atomic design to set up design libraries to streamline your work. · Mentor your peer designers by providing insightful reviews on deliverables and ensure design quality. · Stay curious about the new developments in design and technology and lead initiatives to share your experiences with the studio community via various platforms.
