Senior Software Developer, Senior Consultant As a Senior Software Developer, you will focus on development and enhancement of web applications and mobile apps (Android and iOS) built on ReactJS for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end. The web application is hosted on the Heroku platform and utilizes services like Heroku Redis, Heroku Kafka, Heroku Postgres, and Heroku Connect. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the project to success. Your role also involves the optimization of solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability, while also implementing robust audit, monitoring, backup, and archival solutions to support compliance. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective technical solutions, maintaining continuous dialogue with both business and IT teams to ensure robustness, accuracy and consistency. By designing and implementing sophisticated solutions, this role directly contributes to the ability to harness data effectively, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and ultimately, competitive advantage in the market. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, architectures, and code. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Drive major incident situations and debug major incidents to arrive at resolutions faster. Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field required. Master's degree in a similar field would be a plus 5-7 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on JavaScript frameworks. Strong experience with ReactJS/ React Native and NextJS, including components, hooks, and state management. Proficiency in Node.js, Nestjs and ASYNC API Knowledge. Experience with Front-end Technologies such as HTML5, CSS. Experience with developing mobile applications using Xcode and Android Studio for Android and iOS. Good understanding of incident priorities, SLAs, and the importance of timely response to alerts and business emails. Good understanding of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow. Proficiency with Git or other version control tools like GitHub Advanced Security. Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and Personalization techniques, and Meta CAPI for cross-cloud integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred: Experience with DRUPAL or similar content management systems. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tags. Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with agile development practices like Scrum or Kanban. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design tools. Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
