Program Manager - Chief of Staff Location: Bangalore, India Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager cum Chief of Staff - Open Networks for the CEO's office for our client FIDE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management, tracking , stakeholder management and reporting. This individual will play a key role in orchestrating the coordination and execution of programs across missions who can track multiple thread across FIDE and work with the CEO to keep him updated, raise flags and take corrective measures with the execution program team. The Program Manager will also oversee the entire lifecycle of missions- chase outcome, get dependencies resolved transactions, collaborate with the engineering team, and contribute to the development of policies that ensure the open network functions in a fair, compliant, and secure manner. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for open network initiatives across the organisation driven by CEO's office Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of all activities as per the timelines Organize and conduct masterclasses, workshops, and win rooms for NPs to ensure smooth integration and understanding of the open network platform as in when needed seeking timely approval on prioritisation from the CEO. Track program milestones and report on progress, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including network orchestrators and network participants. Manage and resolve any conflicts or concerns that may arise among stakeholders, ensuring their alignment with the program objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for NPs, ensuring they are supported throughout the onboarding and integration process. Technical and Functional Expertise: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical bugs and challenges affecting the open network missions. Write and maintain techno-functional documentation, including workflows for both the seeker and provider sides of the network participant ecosystem.
