About the role
Experience in configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices and experience in developing customized solutions
Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS
Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Common Data Service.
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, JavaScript.
Understanding and Implementation experience across multiple industries preferably in Health and Public Sector.
Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications.
Familiar with the core Microsoft offerings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
