At SurveyHub, we provide these by supporting clients in their online primary research by building and administering surveys, as well as, conducting data analytics and presenting the analysis in a visually appealing way. Work you will do Primary Research – Questionnaire design, Survey developmment and administration Draft and review questionnaire for logical consistency, completeness, and best representation of survey questions. Provide meaningful inputs, in terms of logic, flow and presentation of the question(s) to project leads/Deloitte practitioners, while developing the survey questionnaire. Design, Program, and test interactive surveys using Qualtrics, Confirmit and various other software(s). Customize surveys using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Troubleshoot any programming issues independently. Monitor survey status and provide regular updates and interim trends. Follows the service delivery approach laid down by the manager/client. Provide inputs and draft proposal documents entailing research design (including sampling plan and selection of research methodology), analysis plan and approach. Data analysis and visualisation Buid understanding of the data structure and the project requirements, and provide inputs to project leads/Deloitte practitioners in developing the analytical plan In line with the analytical plan identify suitable analysis and create the analysis template(s). Conduct analysis and present them in visually appealing and meaningful format Check for consistency and accuracy of outputs and data files prior to delivery. Work on analysis tools like PPT, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense, R and Python to conduct analysis. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights. Client, Projects, and Team Management Handle multiple Research & Analytics projects (including questionnaire review, survey development and analysis) of moderate to high complexity levels independently. Consistently engage with the Deloitte practitioners/leaders (over IM, telephone, and email) to deliver error free deliverables, while managing the communication flow throughout. Demonstrate deep understanding of consulting business and professional services, as well as research process and analytical frameworks. Extend ongoing support (or lead) to a business unit strategy initiative around business development, knowledge management, quality, process improvement, etc. Ensure all production is done in compliance with the process guidelines and client specific guidelines. Coordinate/lead 1-5 team members (Associate Analyst/Analyst) and ensure superior product quality and completion of ongoing projects within stipulated timelines. Provide meaningful inputs to Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager/Executive Manager on the junior team members (Associate Analyst/Analyst), while their goal setting and performance appraisal. Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and protection of company's intellectual property.
