As an experienced Peoplesoft QA Tester Specialist you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
Design, develop, and execute test plans for PeopleSoft HCM functionalities, including Core HR, Recruitment (External/Internal), and Benefits processes. Conduct thorough end-to-end testing to identify and report defects. Create and maintain test data sets for various testing scenarios, including onboarding. Collaborate with developers and business analysts throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process. Validate the successful implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules through rigorous QA activities. Document and report test results effectively, including defect identification and tracking. Leverage automated testing tools like UFT to streamline test execution. Utilize ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
