About the role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge ML models and systems to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient ML models and pipelines using a variety of techniques and frameworks (e.g., deep learning, classical ML, reinforcement learning, etc.) - Optimize model performance, ensure model reliability, and address production challenges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Implement ML models and systems in production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and AI and continuously explore new approaches to improve our capabilities - Mentor and guide junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the ML practice Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in building and deploying ML solutions in a production environment - Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML/DL frameworks - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model selection, and performance optimization techniques - Experience with building and deploying ML pipelines, model serving, and monitoring - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior team members
