About the role

We are seeking a Learning Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning solutions that align with our clients' business needs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers to create customized training programs that drive performance and improve organizational outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Conduct needs assessments and learning analysis to understand client requirements and identify performance gaps - Design and develop innovative learning solutions, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and other digital learning content - Ensure learning solutions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly learning materials - Provide guidance and support to facilitate the successful implementation and deployment of learning solutions - Continuously evaluate and iterate on learning programs to drive continuous improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in learning design and development, preferably in a consulting or agency environment - Proficient in using various authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for creating innovative and impactful learning experiences
