About the role

Manager, Intelligent Process AutomationResponsibilities The manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering large-scale, high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, engaging business partners, IT developers, and change management teams while navigating dependencies, resolving conflicts, and setting clear expectations.The manager will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives, often focusing on business process improvement through intelligent process automation applications and platforms. These applications are critical for automating tasks, managing workflows, and streamlining processes across the finance process taxonomy (e.g, procure to pay, order to cash, expense compliance, etc.). The role requires someone technically and functionally strong, capable of bridging information gaps with delivery teams and ensuring seamless execution. A proven track record in delivering software solutions, managing multiple concurrent activities (e.g., 3+ initiatives), and adapting classic and Agile project management methodologies is essential.Discovery and Design · Support the qualification of intelligent process automation and AI opportunities submitted by stakeholders · Assist with evaluation of automation feasibility and creation of high-level solution approach· Support the ROI Evaluation and Process Integration Assessment · Collaborate with global development teams to ascertain automation fitment, solution and estimates.· Creation of Process Design Documents (PDDs) detailing the automation requirements Technical Support · Perform business demos to showcase the functionality of developed automations· Work with SAP and automation development teams to submitting enhancements and change requests, Application related requests etc.· AI and GenAI awareness Project Management · Plans, monitors, and controls project stages, ensuring timely product delivery from team managers, proper project closure, and adherence to budgets.· Develops and adapts risk management strategies, monitoring risks as they evolve and updating plans as necessary.· Ensures project success is measured by the performance of its products in the business environment.· Builds effective working relationships across business and technology teams to align programs with broader goals, resolves conflicts, and facilitates collaborative solutions.· Communicate regularly with leadership stakeholders, project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from project management.
