HR Consultant

We are looking to hire an experienced HR Consultant to join our HR Transformation team. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in transforming their HR function through the implementation of new HR systems, processes, and policies. This role will involve working closely with client stakeholders to understand their HR challenges and design tailored solutions to address them. Key responsibilities will include:- Conducting needs assessments and process analyses to identify areas for improvement- Designing and implementing new HR systems, processes, and policies- Providing change management support to ensure smooth transition and adoption- Delivering training and knowledge transfer to client teams- Monitoring and measuring the impact of HR transformation initiatives- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR consulting or HR transformation roles- Strong understanding of HR technology solutions and their implementation- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies- Familiarity with HR shared services and HR operations Deloitte is a leading global professional services firm, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing HR Transformation practice.
