Graduate Trainee – Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

As a Graduate Trainee – Oracle ERP in Deloitte's Oracle Cloud Consulting Practice, you will embark on a journey to become a Digital Transformation Consultant. Working within Deloitte's Oracle Alliance network, you will help clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Support clients to understand leading business practices related to Financials, Supply Chain, Project Management, EPM, Risk & Compliance, and ERP Analytics. Assist senior consultants in mapping client requirements to Oracle Cloud functionalities, guiding them through adoption and transformation. Collaborate with cross‐functional Deloitte teams to deliver project milestones on time, from requirement analysis to post‐deployment support. Continuously develop your Oracle technology skills—such as Oracle Financials Cloud, SCM Cloud, or Project Portfolio Management Cloud—through formal training and on‐the‐job mentoring. Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform solution recommendations. Eligibility Criteria Final‐year undergraduates or recent graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Accountancy, or students who have partially/completely completed ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential to liaise with global clients and internal teams. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, adapt quickly to new challenges, and collaborate effectively in a team. An appetite for continuous learning and staying up to date on Oracle Cloud capabilities, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
