F&P - DRM & EDMCS - Manager

Our people work synergistically across the firm to deliver measurable, sustainable results. We are seeking a Manager to join our F&P - DRM & EDMCS team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing delivery of projects and engagements related to Data Retention Management (DRM) and Electronic Document and Content Management Systems (EDMCS) for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage delivery of DRM and EDMCS projects for clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and support - Facilitate workshops and client meetings to understand client needs and translate them into solution design - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project delivery - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Solution Architects, Delivery Managers) to ensure seamless project execution - Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in managing delivery of DRM and EDMCS solutions - Strong understanding of DRM and EDMCS technologies, principles, and best practices - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders - Experience in managing and mentoring team members - Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, ITIL) are a plus
