Executive Coordinator- Associate Analyst Job Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and operational support to the executive leadership team - Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination - Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed - Manage travel arrangements and expense reports - Serve as a point of contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders - Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably supporting senior-level executives - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Familiarity with office management best practices and procedures
