Learn more about Human Capital Practice Work you'll do As the Director of Consulting for HRT Operate, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of HR consultants who provide expert guidance and support to clients utilizing HRT Operate services. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their HR needs, aligning services to their business objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across their workforce. As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation Operate team, following activities within the firm need to be performed: Key Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing end to end delivery and management of global /domestic Managed services projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define HR strategies and leading teams. This role will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (Business Development, Advisory, HR Technology teams, PMO, etc.). Develop and execute the overall strategy for HC Operate, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for HC operate service expansion and enhancement to meet evolving client demands. Support pre-sales and sales activities working with leaders; understand practice roadmap and competitive landscape to influence solutioning of new projects Direct multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions Lead the operate team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources Monitor the quality of HR Operate services delivered to clients and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Act as an HC operate subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures Support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the Deloitte's HC Operate value proposition Skills Required: 15-20 years of experience in a client facing role (Internal client or External client) Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and HR technology solutions Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives · Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and key operational teams across Deloitte is essential · Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing and developing high-performing teams. · Experience leading large, multi-region, AMS /HC managed services engagements Strong and proven problem-solving skills and the desire to understand how things work
