About the team: Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice helps government agencies, healthcare organizations, and not-for-profit groups address their most complex challenges. Our teams combine deep industry knowledge, rigorous analytical capabilities, and creative thinking to help clients stay ahead of the curve and drive real impact.
Our GPS Business Technology team provides IT strategy, design, implementation, and managed services to help government agencies and public sector organizations. We leverage the latest technologies to help our clients drive digital transformation, improve service delivery, and enhance mission effectiveness.
What you'll do:
As a Solution Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact technology solutions that help our government and public sector clients transform. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then translate them into technical designs and implementation plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Designing and documenting application architectures, data models, and process flows
• Developing and testing software components and integrations
• Supporting solution implementation, testing, and deployment
• Documenting technical designs, user guides, and other project artifacts
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, IT consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with application design, development, and testing
• Familiarity with modern software development tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in working with government and public sector clients
