This is how
In three periods of 8 months you get to work in different Data Analytics teams, within different departments on challenging projects for (international) top-clients;
You are the director of your own career; together with your personal coach you will create learning-goals for your personal development;
With your traineeship coordinator and coach you decide which teams are best suited for your aspirations and qualities;
You will participate in a 2-year training program at our Analytics & Cognitive Academy after which you will receive external certification;
You gain experience in working with multiple tools and languages (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) in diverse client settings;

As a trainee you can work for teams within our Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory and Tax & Legal departments. You will work on a wide variety of projects, such as: finding trends in financial data, building data-models as efficiently as possible or design data-driven programs with the client to transform their organizations.
In these projects you will apply analytical methods as statistical regressions, optimization methods, clustering and data mining algorithms. By translating your analytical insights into clear advice, you will guide them in their transformation processes.
