We are looking for an experienced Process Specialist - Assistant Manager to join our Emerging Accountants Growth (EAG) Program team. In this role, you will work closely with our market-facing teams to align and optimize talent management processes across the Deloitte US-India Offices. You'll leverage your functional expertise to design and implement talent management solutions that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a key process owner and subject matter expert for critical talent management processes like performance management, development, and workforce planning. • Partner with stakeholders to understand their talent needs, analyze current state, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. • Design and implement new talent management processes and tools, driving adoption and change management. • Develop and deliver training and communications to equip stakeholders and team members with the knowledge and skills to effectively use new processes and technologies. • Continuously monitor and enhance processes to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and quality. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align talent management solutions with broader business and HR strategies. • Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making and influence key stakeholders. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, or operations roles, ideally in a shared services or center of excellence environment. • Strong process design and implementation skills, with the ability to identify pain points, map current state, and drive optimization. • Proficient in project management, change management, and stakeholder management. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions. • Familiarity with HR technologies and solutions, including performance management, learning management, and workforce planning tools. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
