About the role
Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited is looking for an Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the client's IT and business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing client requirements and designing optimal Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions
- Configuring and customizing the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform to meet client needs
- Developing integrations between Oracle Field Service Cloud and other business systems
- Providing post-implementation support and training to end-users
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Oracle Field Service Cloud features and best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices
- Hands-on experience with the configuration and customization of the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience in integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with other enterprise systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
