Client Solutions Manager - Risk Advisory The Risk Advisory team helps organizations identify and manage their most complex risks to support their growth, transformation, and long-term sustainability. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge risk management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with Deloitte's network of subject matter experts and leverage the latest technologies and data-driven insights to help clients navigate today's risk landscape. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management needs and design tailored solutions • Leverage Deloitte's tools, methodologies, and subject matter expertise to deliver high-quality risk advisory services • Manage project teams, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of client engagements • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for client solutions • Contribute to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership • Participate in business development activities and help grow the client portfolio Requirements: • 5-10 years of relevant experience in risk advisory, strategy consulting, or a related field • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices • Proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, and client engagement • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or technology) • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CISA) is preferred • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
