Deloitte's C&M practice is focused on enabling our clients' marketing and sales functions to drive improved customer experience and commercial performance. Our offerings span across customer experience strategy, digital customer engagement, sales force effectiveness, and revenue growth management. We work with clients across all major industries to help them become more customer-centric and drive sustainable growth.
We are looking for a Digital Customer-Varicent Consultant to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Varicent implementation and integration services to our clients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Configuring the Varicent platform to meet client needs
- Integrating Varicent with client ERP, CRM, and other systems
- Developing custom reports and dashboards
- Providing training and support to client end-users
- Collaborating with the broader C&M and RA teams to deliver a holistic solution
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Varicent and/or other sales performance management solutions, as well as a track record of delivering successful client implementations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are also key. This role will involve both functional and technical work, so a blend of business and technology skills is required.
