As a fresher, you will work closely with cloud and DevOps teams, supporting daily operational activities while learning enterprise-level cloud and automation practices. You will receive structured training and mentorship to build your technical skills and professional confidence. Key Responsibilities Assist in basic setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure or AWS resources under supervision Support user access management tasks in cloud portals Observe and document troubleshooting activities for basic cloud issues Participate in cloud deployment activities and team discussions Help maintain cloud operations documentation such as runbooks and FAQs Perform daily health checks and monitoring of cloud services Learn DevOps fundamentals including CI/CD pipelines and version control Attend training sessions and actively seek guidance from senior team members Report issues and observations to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Required Technical Skills Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts such as servers, storage, and networking Interest in learning Azure or AWS cloud platforms Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and checklists Good written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive mindset with strong learning attitude Basic awareness of security concepts and access controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Experience Requirements 0 to 1 year of experience (internships, academic projects, or certifications are a plus) Any exposure to cloud platforms, scripting, or DevOps tools through coursework or personal learning is advantageous Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
