ROLE
Level: Manager/Specialist Master
As a Manager/Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for overall technical delivery of large-scale software solutions at the enterprise level. You will lead functional and technical teams on the project, located across shores; guide and mentor junior team members; and collaborate with the project team to understand functional requirements. You will also respond to new sales or proposals and support end-to-end delivery of the project along with estimations and planning.
You will analyze technical/business problems and recommend strategies to implement technology or improve processes to enable improved IT productivity. You will drive large scale modernization from legacy to cloud based solutions.
The work you will do includes:
· Mentor engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards.
· Architect and develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or system engineers.
· Engineering/programming using industry standard delivery methodologies like Agile across different architectural patterns.
· Writing clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code maintaining industry standards, ensuring code quality and code coverage adherence, as well as debugging and resolving any issues/defects
· Leading a team of up to 10 members to plan, review, and report on deliverables using Agile SCRUM or Kanban methodologies.
· Working on software design, managing non-Functional requirements design, identification, and implementation of reusable components
· Demonstrating expertise in end-to-end construction cycle starting from design (low level and high level), coding, unit testing, deployment and defect fixing along with coordination with multiple stakeholders
· Applying design thinking and innovation during the engineering journey
