Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis -FBP- - USI

The Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be responsible for supporting the delivery of financial planning and analysis services to Deloitte's internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assist in the development of financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Support the month-end close and reporting process • Identify areas for process improvement and automation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial information and analysis • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis Required: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills using tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
