Analyst - IT, Data & Analytics

As an Analyst in our IT, Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting various clients across different industries through data analysis, data visualization, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the engagement team to understand client requirements, collect and analyze relevant data, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Responsibilities may include:- Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets- Developing dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights- Documenting and presenting findings to clients- Participating in process improvement workshops to identify opportunities for optimization- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Economics- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI- Good communication and presentation skills- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment- Relevant internship or work experience in data analytics or a related field is preferred
